Information Centre Manager
McConnell Property is looking for an Information Centre
Manager based at our Addison subdivision in Takanini. If you
like the idea of helping to grow a new community complete
with a wide variety of housing and parks then this is the job
You will be an onsite Ambassador for this 1500-house master-
planned community currently under construction in South
Auckland. Your primary objectives will be to liaise with Real
Estate agents and builder partners, provide information to
potential buyers and visitors, gauge buyer interest and refer
all leads. Some administration support, reporting and
community liaison will complete your responsibilities.
The working hours are Wednesday - Friday, 10am-2pm and
Saturday or Sunday from 12pm-4pm. The Centre will be
closed over Christmas period.
Strong communication and relationship building skills are
essential to this role while exposure to the property or real
estate industry would be an advantage. An ability to engage
people and to tell the Addison story is also important.

Fisheries Team, Kawakawa Area
NIWA is New Zealand's leading environmental research institute and key provider of atmospheric, freshwater and
marine research and consultancy services in New Zealand.
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Data Collectors to conduct surveys on boat ramps in the Kawakawa area.
The role involves interviewing recreational fishers and recording data about the types and volumes of fish caught.
Each data collector will be required to complete 20 survey sessions which are six hours each in duration. These sessions
will be on predetermined weekends and public holidays between 2 January 2011 and 30 April 2011.
Our successful applicants will enjoy working unsupervised, have good verbal communication skills and the ability to
