Request for Application for MOCAP- Maori Obesity
Community Action Plan Grants
Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB) invites Maaori
Community groups within the Counties Manukau District to apply for
funding for MOCAP Community Grant as part of Creating a Better
Future Programme and in line with the Ministry of Health's Healthy
Eating Healthy Action (HEHA) strategy.
The purpose of the funding is for Maaori community groups to
through improving nutrition practices and increasing physical activity.
Programs should also incorporate other aspects of whanau wellbeing
including promoting smoke free environments.
The request for Applications is for a one off grant of up to $25,000
excluding G.S.T. There is a limited amount of funding available for

and connection within at least one of the following key localities (hub

Signals ease motorway merge
Ramp signals designed to help get
rid of snarl-ups for southbound
traffic going from State Highway
20 on to the southern motorway at
Manukau started operating on

ing long delays for southbound
drivers heading home.
