publication we rely on the advertiser's
express warranty, the truth of which is

rights, nor breach any rule of law.

our part, or in a claim against us.
2. The advertiser indemnifies us against
losses or costs from any breach of
warranties by the advertiser, and from
costs incurred in making corrections or
amendments in accordance with the

us a perpetual, royalty free license to
reproduce it in any print or electronic
media we offer now or in the future.
4. Where the advertiser uses our creative
services they acknowledge we own the
copyright. Such work is not work for which

reasons with reasonable care, refuse to
publish without reason, and may publish
on the next available day if there is an

The southbound lanes of the Southern
Motorway (SH1) between Market Road
and Greenlane will be closed each night
from 8.30pm to 8am on 2, 3, 4 January.
Please follow the signposted detour
along Great South Road.

Auckland Transport advises that Sutton Road,
Papakura (at the railway crossing, between Great
South Road and Ponga Road), will be closed on
Wednesday 5 January 2011 between 7am and 4pm,
to facilitate the completion of upgrading the railway.
Road users are requested to follow the sign-posted
detours, or to use alternative routes whilst the
closure is in place.
