Family Whanau Coordinator --
Counties Area IDEA Family/Whanau Services is a large organisation supporting children and adults
with disabilities who live with their Family/Whanau or caregivers.
The Family/Whanau Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of high quality community based
services in partnership with the individual and their Family/Whanau. Services include coordinating
holiday programmes, sibling and family camps and other events as required. This role requires
someone who can work as part of a team and autonomously based in the Pukekohe office.
To be successful in the role, you will have a can-do attitude with excellent organisational and
written/oral communication skills. Enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people from different
cultures and have experience in people management (this includes recruitment, coaching,
motivating staff ). You must Have good computer skills with the ability to work flexible hours you

Residential Care Unit
As we continue in our quest for enhancement of
the already high standard of care that we give to
our residents and move forward to being able to
offer Hospital Level Care in early April 2011.
It would be advantageous if you are already
involved in the nursing and medical cares with
residents of an existing care facility and have
experience in Elder Care incorporating the Eden
Alternative Philosophies, Liverpool Pathway and
