runs friendship centres in south Auckland
for older, lonely and disabled people,
offering support, companionship and
stimulation. We have vacancies for new
members and volunteer helpers. Centres
operate 9.30am-1pm one day a week
(excluding school holidays). Cost is $5 per

Grow group, holds free weekly meetings

12-step programme of growth to personal
maturity, helping with depression, anxiety,
